Job title: Sr. Test Engineer

Position Overview:

Having overall experience for 4 to 6 years in Software applications Testing, Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering
Experienced in developing test scenarios and test cases based on requirements and specifications
Capable of independently executing test cases with proper test data and publish test reports
Has experience of testing applications in Agile development methodology
Experienced in using Test Management and Defect management tools like Microfocus’s ALM, JIRA
Has exposure to test automation tools like Selenium and UFT
Capable of providing technical support and troubleshooting during the development process
Able to interact with other teams such as software developers, Business analysts, Functional analysts
Proficient in testing applications hosted on Cloud, On premise
Able to work with other engineering teams to develop new test methods or improve existing ones
Ability to analyze data to identify root cause of defects/issues and work with developers to fix defects/issues
Capable of providing inputs to Test Lead and Test Manager for creating Test Strategy and Test Plans
Possess very good communication skills
